Everything I am building, finished or not.
Every project I have worked on in the open, with what runs today, what is still missing, and a page of its own. Nothing is hidden because it failed or is unfinished — that is part of the record.

- 4being built, parts incomplete
- Lessons
- 1published with their failures
Epoch Ascendant: Civilizations
A turn-based 4X strategy game on a hexagonal globe, from a Paleolithic camp to the Information Age.
- Works
- Engine, deterministic simulation, city and district system, diplomacy and war, authored unit roster.
- Gap
- No public build yet; late-age content and the full campaign are still to come.
AMR Flow Simulator
A browser tool that sizes a robot fleet for a warehouse before one is bought.
- Works
- Draw or import a hall (floor-plan underlay, DXF), throughput and cycle-time results, blocking hotspots, a fleet-size recommendation, scenario comparison and a printable study.
- Gap
- Still being finished; the feature set is not final.
Robot Fleet Manager
A single-file controller that drives a real fleet from a Jetson on the shelf.
- Works
- Robots register over HTTP, stream telemetry and pull waypoints; planning around obstacles, robots, no-go and slow zones; offline maps; operator panel.
- Gap
- By design it sends goals only — real-time motion safety lives on the robot.
AMR Platform
An outdoor fleet platform with a safety state machine, traffic reservations and a costmap built from OpenStreetMap.
- Works
- Telemetry and supervision at 10 Hz, tiered emergency stop, stuck detection and rerouting, battery policy; shown on a real street map with simulated robots.
- Gap
- No hardware safety controller yet: the API reports hardware_safety: false.
Portable AI Workstation
A carry-anywhere enclosure around an NVIDIA Jetson module, with a touchscreen and the full Ubuntu desktop.
- Works
- A finished enclosure with an integrated touchscreen running the full Ubuntu desktop, side-mounted control dials and passive ventilation.
- Gap
- The full write-up, with measurements, is in preparation.
Terra
A civilization simulation in continuous time on a real sphere — no turns, no visible hex grid.
- Works
- The planet, continuous time with a pause and seven speeds, continuous space and routing, groups, settlement, subsistence and peoples with borders on the terrain.
- Gap
- Diplomacy and war, and save/replay with pacing tools, are still to build.
Fleet Flow
An idle game where you manage a warehouse robot swarm — and the puzzle is traffic.
- Works
- One 24 × 16 hall with cargo types, an order board, building, upgrades and a lane-painting traffic puzzle, playable in a browser.
- Gap
- Balance is unfinished, and there are no saves or sound yet.
Music Atlas
41 musical styles generated live in the browser, from tuning data rather than samples.
- Works
- 41 styles playing live; plucked strings by Karplus–Strong and FM for bells and gamelan; an offline renderer to WAV/MP3; a bestiary of 36 animal sounds.
- Gap
- Styles are simplified models, not recordings; each one carries a note on what was simplified.
Sun model
A computed Sun: temperature, colour and structure from physics, not from a texture.
- Works
- A WebGL2 shader photosphere with limb darkening, granulation, differential rotation, sunspot groups and a magnetic-field corona; keys switch an atmosphere filter and a coronagraph.
- Gap
- It models the physics of a typical Sun, not live solar conditions.
3D printing
FDM printing in engineering materials and carbon-filled composites: the machine behind the parts in the other projects.
- Works
- Printing up to 325 × 325 × 315 mm in PLA, PETG, ABS and three carbon-filled composites.
- Gap
- Not a service: parts are printed for my own projects only.
Model rocket
A rocket designed from scratch and printed in sections. The first flight failed — and taught more than a success would have.
- Works
- The printed airframe came through the test intact.
- Gap
- The recovery system failed: the elastic shock cord did not pull the parachute out.
Statuses as published; figures were measured on the builds named on each project page. Ready means it runs or exists as described, not that it is for sale or downloadable — this is a personal portfolio and nothing here is for sale. What the labels mean.
