Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 October 2026 · Applies to: quasipi.tech
These terms set out what this website is, what you may do with what is on it, and what is not promised. They are written to be understood.
1. What this site is
quasipi.tech is a personal, non-commercial portfolio run by a private individual. It shows the projects I work on: what they are, how far along they are, how they work, and what was learned making them.
- There is no company behind the site, and nothing is sold through it: no shop, no services, no payments, no accounts.
- Nothing on the site is an offer or a commitment to deliver work, parts or software.
- Descriptions reflect each project at the time of writing. Figures describe that project’s own build and are not promises about anything else.
By using the site you accept these terms. If they do not suit you, simply stop using it.
2. Status labels
Each project is labelled with how far along it is. Running means it runs and is used as described; In use means the equipment is in use for my own projects; In build means it is being built and parts are incomplete; Built means a finished physical or software item exists; Prototype means an early working version; Lesson marks a project published with its failures; In preparation means the write-up is not published yet. A label never means that something is for sale or available to download.
3. Ownership of the content
Everything published here is my own work unless it says otherwise: the text, the page design and code, the software described, and every screenshot, render, 3D model, texture and recording. It is protected by copyright, and publishing it here does not grant a licence to reuse it.
Third-party names and trademarks mentioned in descriptions belong to their owners and are used only to say what a thing is.
4. What you may and may not do
Allowed
- Read, browse and print pages for your own use.
- Link to any page from anywhere.
- Quote a short passage with attribution and a link back.
- Write about the projects.
Not allowed
- Republishing pages, text or images as your own.
- Reusing screenshots, models, renders or recordings in another product.
- Copying the page code or design for another website.
- Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or feeding the content into a dataset.
- Anything that disrupts the site or tries to reach parts of it that are not public.
If you would like to use something in a way this list does not allow, ask. Reasonable requests usually get a yes.
5. Writing to me
The contact page does not submit anything to a server; it opens your own email program. Please keep messages lawful and civil, and do not send confidential material: an unsolicited email carries no obligation of confidence. How messages are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Links to other sites
Some pages link to websites I do not run. Once you follow a link, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
7. No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided as they are. I put real effort into accuracy, but the content may be incomplete or out of date; each page says when it was last updated. Nothing here is professional advice, and nothing here certifies any robot, software or part as safe or compliant for any use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, from reliance on anything published here, or from the site being unavailable. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Changes
The site may be changed, moved or taken offline at any time, and these terms may be revised. The date at the top always shows the current version.
